What is your biggest obstacle? and successes?
Mine happens to be at home.
i am a cheapsake so i dont really go out to eat fast food, i do go out to eat with friends here and there and as usual, i go all out. just this past few days i been to a buffet and could barely breathe! but dining out isnt a problem for me because i dont dine out every week. like once a month or something, just to sparks up my boring routine i guess..

but my biggest problem is at home. hard to control what to eat and when to eat. i am obsessed with food, no joke. dont get me wrong, i have lost a total of 65 pounds in one year. and i am still obsess with food, i sometimes think about what to eat after i finish my meal. and sometimes i eat really early, for example, after breakfast, 1 hour later i eat lunch, then 3 hours later i eat dinner and better yet its only 2pm.. so then i would eat another one so i can call that dinner..

i guess one of my success is that i was able to drop soda, chips and fried food all together. i learn about alot of things when i was trying to 'diet' my way out and dropping soda, chips and fried food together wasnt as hard as i thought. i mean i still eat them time to time but i do not buy them anymore and i try to avoid them but you know sometimes it slips.. portion control is one of my biggy. i would say that i have improve my portion controls but its not what i would want it, i want to eat like a regular person and get full off little food.. i can eat a plate of food and still be hungry...
