Tips Reduce Sugar Consumption

Perhaps most of all our lives, sugar has become an integral part, even more than we ever realize. So, probably we've all been addicted to sugar. How not, almost every food we consume daily are often packed with sugar, including fruit juices, coffee and tea, yogurt, bread for breakfast and all kinds of cereal. Even if you drink diet soda, you are still consuming nearly 10 teaspoons of sugar, the maximum allowable size consumed in a day.

Indeed, the sugar does not give anything on our bodies, except the increase of energy - with no vitamins, minerals, fiber, or anti-oxidants which can be found in natural foods. And what's more, sugar can lead to obesity.

It seems almost impossible to eliminate the sugar in the daily life of us, but there are enough easy way to limit the intake of sugar into our bodies. Here are some of his tips.

1. Eliminate packaging products - including those made with flour - and select the food in the original form - except canned fruit or juice. And consumption of more fruits.

2. Drink lots of water throughout the day - because sometimes we misinterpret dehydration as hunger.

3. Choose protein foods - these foods are absorbed much longer than carbohydrates and create long-lasting satiety.

4. Stop eating habits of your favorite sweet foods for three weeks. After the interval, the taste you will experience a change and your need for sweet foods not as strong as before.

5. Control your urge to snack. If you eat a donut, take a break 15 minutes to think about food again, or switch to go for a walk. After this delay, your desire to eat sweet foods will be reduced.
