Biggest Weight Loss Problem
Hi, I'm new to the forum and I was curious what is the biggest problem you have when it comes to being successful at weight loss.

For me it was two. I just didn't know what worked, and second I didn't really believe I could do it. I was kinda defeating myself through lack of real knowledge and motivation. Can anone add anything to this? What is your single biggest problem??

1.) My single biggest problem... thinking I could still loose weight and not be careful with my diet or exercise more.
Ya.. funny eh? I get into this stupid brain spaz.. where I think "oh it doesn't matter if I eat this.... I wont gain... oh it doesn't atter if I dont exercise today.. I will still loose weight jsut less."
I got taught a lesson when I gained 4lbs.

2.) I think my biggest problem is just understanding how weight loss works on a long term basis. I don't really see the "big picture" when I'm with a group of friends and yummy treats are staring me in the face...
Like Avi in a way, I just never properly calculate how everything will add up.
