How long till all stomach fat is gone and after weightloss diet plan
Hi all, Well ive lost 50 pounds and im currently at 181 pounds, Im 5'10 and my bmi is currently 26, Im looking pretty good but still have a bit of stomach fat. I was wondering at what weight would the stomach fat most likely be gone? The bmi calculator says a bmi between 20 and 25 is the normal weight but im trying to figure out what weight is going to be good to stop at. Also, After im done losing all of the weight what should my meal plans be like? should i just start eating fatty'er foods to maintain my weight or? Thanks

1.) Depends on what your goals are, if your a guy maybe youll want to focus on gaining muscle mass, or just staying lean, too broad of a question to really answer. And the stomache fat thing is kind of genetics, but keep lowering that bodyfat and theyll start to pop out more. if your not lifting weights, and starving yourself I will personally kick your ass by the way. like I said just about all your questions answers depend on your specific goals. you spelled fattier wrong by the way.

2.) No im not starving myself  it took me almost 5 months to lose all that weight. I cant lift weights because hernia's run in my family and ive already gotten one, At the beginning of my weight lost i lifted weights but started geting pains.

3.) hmm.. thats not good. So did you lose that weight just by dieting? Or did you exercise too?

4.) Hi, I exercised like the first month, But other then that its just been little things like swimming every other day but no real exercise schedule. It came off really fast at first but slowed down alot, I lose probably 2 or so pounds a week now.

5.) 2 lbs a week is great, you shouldnt be loosing any more than that per week....can you lift lighter weights? bc you really should(if you can im no DR. dont want you in pain or anything lol)your not gonna get major mass that way but you can slowly add more weight as your muscles get stronger. no dont start eating fattier foods when you get to your goal. just increase your calorie intake gradually until your not loosing weight anymore and not gaining any either. stomache fat will be gone when your BF% gets down low enough can you do ab exercises w/ your hernia?
